TERRAGREEN ENERGY RESOURCES, LLC (“TGER” or "TerraGreen") is an integrated and environmentally conscious energy management company and an oil & gas operating company incorporated on May 5, 2009, and headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The company is registered in the state of Colorado under the EIN: 20-091261923.

Though energy management services are offered to clients, TerraGreen is at its' core a private exploration, development and production company of oil, condensate, natural gas and NGLs. TerraGreen's ​principal business activities include the identification, acquisition, and subsequent exploration and development of oil and natural gas properties with a focus of operations in the Powder River Basin, Mid-Continent, Piceance Basin and Permian Basin. The company is fully capable, nimble and experienced to conduct operations in other areas of North America and abroad. HSE&C is a core value that is reflected in our planning, decision making and day to day operations.

At TERRAGREEN ENERGY RESOURCES, LLC we strive to continually fulfill the energy requirements of tomorrow by partnering with various organizations and individuals committed to the exploration, development and production of our domestically and internationally abundant natural resources, with a primary emphasis on crude oil and natural gas. As a matter of practicality and based in part upon our reliance on current global energy infrastructure and energy application systems, crude oil and natural gas will necessarily remain as one of the dominant commodities necessary to fulfill our global energy needs over the next quarter-century. Energy matters - therefore we are also fully committed to unconventional, leading edge "green" and "brown" project operations and ecologically sensitive technical applications for development and recovery processes to address extreme fluctuations in our atmospheric environment - An integrated, practical and responsible approach to address the complex energy issues of our time and of generations to come.

With over 300 years of successful & distinguished combined industry experience, TerraGreen's management has the technical background and credentials needed to survey and evaluate the technologies available and can recognize them, consolidate them into coherent management and operational procedures and methods, and realize their benefits in improved efficiencies and investment returns.

Brett Cunningham - Managing Director, Corporate Operations/Finance & President

A corporate operations and finance executive with 32 years of business experience. Brett has practical knowledge of developing and growing companies and has developed specialized financing concepts for large projects. He has been engaged in managing securities and cash portfolios, other liquid assets, and debt, has obtained financing for major initiatives or acquisitions and has provided financial due-diligence. He has experience with acquisitions and divestitures, capital financings with common and preferred stock, U.S. and European convertibles and bank-project financing. While CFO of a public concern, he conducted financial operations while assuring compliance with accepted financial accounting standards (GAAP), assuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and other Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Toronto Securities Exchange (TSX) regulations. Brett has held the following positions: Director of Finance, EVP of Finance and President, as well as EVP and CFO of the following firms: Advanced Well Control Systems (AWCS), Tatonka Oil and Gas Inc., TrueStar Petroleum International / TrueStar Petroleum Corporation, TerraGreen Energy Resources (TGER) and TerraGreen Energy International Limited (TGEIL).  He has been engaged in oil and gas operations in the states of Colorado (Sand Wash Basin), New Mexico (Raton Basin), Texas (Barnett Shale), KS, WY & OK; internationally in Guatemala with TSPI, and in mainland China and Hong Kong with State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) CNPC, PetroChina, Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau (DPAB) and Sinopec. Management, negotiations, operations, investor relations, and business analysis are also part of his skill set.​​

Keith Reeves - Managing Director, Global E & P Operations, Vice President

Through a 34 year career in natural resources industry, Keith has directed exploration, development and production geology in a wide range of geologic environments across the United States, Central America, West Africa, Southern Africa, China, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the United Kingdom. His wide-ranging experience in the Oil & Gas and mining industry has made him an expert in all facets of exploration, development and production geology. Keith is highly skilled in acquisition prospect analysis, project ranking, risk assessment, reserve estimation and economic forecasting. He has implemented successful production optimization and enhancement programs that created significant increases in production and resultant greater project return on investment.  Direction of multi-national, multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale development and production projects is also part of his well-honed skill set.​​

Diana C. Adams - Executive Director, Director of Administration and Economics

 Ms. Adams career stretches over 20 years as a key business executive in the energy industry. She is a highly accomplished corporate management and finance executive with extensive experience in establishing corporate policy and compliance. She is also an excellent administrator and has been responsible for the daily operations for many successful fortune 500 companies. Throughout her stellar career, Diana has been a demonstrated leader and innovator with mission critical corporate business functions inclusive of office management, technology, human resources, contracts and management of global corporate and field administrative staff. She is also an experienced leader in strategic business development and strategic marketing. Diana directs our corporate analysis teams in the study of industry trends, labor markets, the prospects for individual companies, and the forces that drive the energy economy. She leads our analytical teams to gather, organize, and interpret data, using mathematical formulas and statistics to make calculations and devise corporate strategy. Under Ms. Adams leadership, the corporate analysis team creates proprietary models to predict the impact of investments, policy decisions, industry trends, demographics, climate change, and much more. ​

Peter Wei - General Manager, International Upstream Business

Peter has over 30 years experiences in the oil & gas industry internationally. His professional experience includes conventional
and unconventional oil and gas, M&A business, exploration & production planning, geological management and operations, geosteering consulting, resources & reserve evaluation, and financial model consulting. He has excellent technical skills and is proficient in the application of pertinent geological software. Peter was the general manager of M&A of BrightOil between 2016 and 2017 and the chief geologist of Far East Energy, PACE and Greka from 2004 to the end of 2010. Between 2016 and 2017, Peter was appoint as the general manager of M&A, upstream for BrightOil Petroleum (Holding) Ltd. In 2013, he founded MicroPlus Petroleum Consulting Inc. in Alberta with a permit to practice geoscience. Peter is a registered professional geologist in Alberta and active member of Society of Petroleum Engineering. 

Garry Ward - Managing Director, Engineering, Production and China Country Manager

​His career spans 32 years in the petroleum industry, where his primary focus has been on the evaluation of oil and gas properties throughout the United States and includes eight years in China. Mr. Ward was in charge of all technical evaluations and gas marketing for Floyd Oil Company from 1986 until the company sold its assets in 1999 and successfully purchased over USD 200 million in oil and gas properties. He has been involved in the evaluation of coalbed methane prospects, primarily in the San Juan and Powder River basins, since 1992. Mr. Ward's evaluation experience includes oil fields and waterfloods in West Texas, high pressure gas wells in Oklahoma, tight gas production in East Texas, geo-pressured reservoirs in South Louisiana and coalbed methane production in San Juan Basin, Powder River Basin and Arkoma Basin. In addition, he has over 20 years’ experience in petroleum software development and has written numerous programs for use in the evaluation of oil and gas assets. Mr. Ward previously served as reservoir manager for 3TEC Energy, Vice President of engineering and production for Floyd Oil Company and Senior Vice President of Engineering for Far East Energy. Mr. Ward is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas and has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1978.

David Lue - Managing Director, Domestic & International Gas Marketing Consultant

​He began his career with Panhandle Energy Pipeline Company in 1972. During his tenure with Panhandle he was responsible for pipeline operations in the Gulf of Mexico and was directly involved in all of Panhandle’s LNG projects. After the merger of Panhandle with Duke Energy, Mr. Lue was promoted to International Business Development. While in that capacity Mr. Lue reviewed all international pipeline and LNG projects for Duke Energy’s potential investment. Mr. Lue left Duke/Panhandle after 31 years to accept a position as a Director of the West East Pipeline development project in China. This is the longest continuous pipeline in the world and delivers 1 BCF of gas each day to Shanghai China. The West East Pipeline was completed in October 2005 and Mr. Lue joined Far East Energy as a gas marketing consultant. Mr. Lue was directly responsible for securing one of the first foreign CBM gas marketing contracts with a pipeline in China.

Paul Stroud - Managing Director, Chief Geothermal & Operational Consulting Services

​With more than 38 years of worldwide experience in the energy industry, Paul has an extensive background in onshore and offshore oil and gas operations, CBM wells, hot-water wells and high pressure steam wells. Mr. Stroud began his career as an engineer for Shell in 1971. After a period at UNOCAL Geothermal he established a consulting business, heading up projects for OESI in Hawaii, and Caithness Corporation in Indonesia. Mr. Stroud became Project Manager for JM Huber Corporation, for Gillette and for Pinnacle Gas Resources, Inc., an active CBM company located in Sheridan, Wyoming. 

David Weisgerber - Managing Director, Drilling Operations Consulting & Services

​David possesses 38 years of experience in the drilling industry with a comprehensive background in natural gas, oil, CBM and high-pressure, high-temperature steam. He is also an expert in all methods of circulating mediums, including air drilling, aerated fluids, stiff foam and inverted and fresh water systems. Mr. Weisgerber is proficient in all methods of directional and horizontal orientation and has spent the past 14 years working on projects in the United States for Huber, EnCana Oil & Gas, Pinnacle Gas Resources and Chesapeake Energy Corporation. Mr. Weisgerber has also worked on drilling projects in Indonesia, India and the Philippines.

John Wallace - Chief Geological and Executive Business Development Consultant (A & D)

John has over 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  Former President and Chief Operating Officer, Delta Petroleum (OTCMKTS:DLTA). In October 2003 he served as Executive Vice President of Operations and was appointed President in February 2006 and a Director in June 2007.  In addition, he has served as the President and a Director of Amber Resources Company of Colorado from June 5, 2009 to the present.  Since April 1, 2005, he has also served as Executive Vice President and Director of DHS Drilling Company.  John was Vice President of Exploration and Acquisitions for United States Exploration, Inc. (“UXP”), a Denver-based publicly-held oil and gas exploration company, from May 1998 to October 2003.  Prior to UXP, John served as president of various privately held oil and gas companies engaged in producing property acquisitions and exploration ventures.  He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Independent Petroleum Association of the Mountain States.

Boyde Poole - Vice President - Oilfield Services

Boyde is called upon to lead, organize, and manage a team of professional consultants (currently 20) drilling, completing & constructing required facilities on oil & gas properties in OK, TX, AR, LA, MS, NM, AZ, KS, NE & WY – including extensive air drilling experience in W. OK & E. AR. His responsibilities also include meeting regularly with essential company personnel reviewing job plans, suggesting changes and organizing procedures and maintaining new and existing accounts by developing strong relationships with clients through integrity and consistent results. Boyde has managed hundreds of millions of dollars for publicly traded companies while making critical decisions that directly impact the company and all company shareholders – working with industry leaders like Gulf Oil, Statex Petroleum, Oakridge Energy, Cimarex Energy.

Bob Jackson - Vice President - Oilfield Services

Bob’s normal day involves dealing with numerous consultants and engineers 24 hours a day assisting and making vital well-work decisions that have immediate impact on well integrity and also the health and safety off all personnel present. Additionally, Bob is responsible for leading, organizing and managing a team of professional consultants (currently over 25) drilling, completing & constructing essential facilities on oil & gas properties in OK, TX, AR, LA, MS, NM, AZ & KS. In 2005, Bob was appointed to Eola-Robberson field superintendent for Cimarex Energy and held that position for 8 years. During that time Bob lead, organized and managed a team of professional employees & consultants in drilling, completing & constructing essential facilities on (Mid-Continent) oil & gas properties in OK. He also met regularly with essential company personnel reviewing job plans, advising modifications and organizing plan of attack as well as the development & maintenance of land owner & vendor contacts.
